The bathroom is the room most likely to leak into the unit below. Half-jobs and "cheapest available" tilers are why. Aquatide handles the entire scope — demolition, waterproofing, plumbing, tiling, electricals, fixtures — under one roof, one contract and one warranty.

- Detailed scope walk-through with 3D mock-up of the final layout
- Protected demolition with debris removed daily, never piled in the lift lobby
- Two-coat polyurethane waterproofing plus 24-hour flood test
- Concealed copper or PE-X supply with chrome shut-offs at every fixture
- Large-format tile installation with German tile adhesive, epoxy grout
- Sanitaryware, tapware, mirrors and accessories supplied and fitted
- Snag list cleared inside seven days post-handover
What a typical timeline looks like
- Days 1–2: protected demolition, debris removal, surface prep
- Days 3–5: rough plumbing, electrical first fix, waterproofing
- Days 6–10: tile installation, second-fix plumbing
- Days 11–13: sanitaryware, accessories, sealants and final clean
- Day 14: handover with photo records and warranty pack
Materials we recommend by default
We've stopped specifying mid-tier brands that disappeared from local stock during 2024. Current default stack: Inax or Toto sanitaryware, Hansgrohe or Grohe mixers, Mariwasa or Rak Ceramics tile, BASF MasterSeal waterproofing membrane. Bring your own brands and we'll fit those instead — no markup.
About a bathroom remodel
Can we live in the unit while you renovate one bathroom?
If there's a second bathroom, yes. We seal the door of the working bathroom, run extraction outside the unit and keep the corridor dust-free.
Who handles the management corporation paperwork?
We do. Renovation permit applications, indemnity letters and the move-in/out registration get filed on your behalf at no extra cost.
What if the schedule slips?
The contract includes a per-day liquidated cost we absorb if completion is late through our fault. We've paid it twice in five years — not the norm, but it's there.
Can you work to a stricter budget?
Yes — we can value-engineer tile choice, sanitaryware tier and tapware brand without compromising waterproofing or rough-plumbing. We won't compromise those, ever.
