How the repair runs
- Walkthrough: every wet patch, stain and unusual reading is mapped on the tablet
- Acoustic + thermal sweep narrows the leak source to a 30 cm radius
- You approve the repair scope and a fixed price before tile is cut
- Section is replaced with manufacturer-spec fittings and pressure-held at 6 bar for 20 minutes
- Tile is refitted with matched grout and the area is wiped down

Can you really find a leak without breaking tile?
In about 80% of jobs, yes. Acoustic listening sticks and thermal cameras locate the wet patch behind the surface; we then open only the affected square. Older slab penetrations sometimes need a small inspection cut to confirm.
My downstairs neighbour says water is coming through their ceiling — what now?
Switch off the main supply if you can, then ring us. We can attend the same day and put it in writing for the building management so the dispute doesn't escalate.
Do you do slab leaks?
Yes. We reroute through accessible ceiling voids where the slab is structural, rather than chasing concrete. It's faster, cheaper and avoids dust through your entire unit.
What if the leak is inside the manageable common area?
We provide a written technical report you can submit to the management corporation. We don't deal with strata politics, but we make it easy for them to act.
