Do you charge a callout fee on top of the repair?
A site visit and written quote within Klang Valley is free. You only pay if you authorise the repair — and the price you authorise is the price you pay.
Are your technicians licensed to work on water heaters?
Yes. Every heater technician holds an SPAN Plumber's Certificate and we maintain authorised service partnerships with Joven, Ariston, Rheem and Panasonic.
Can you really make it tonight if I call now?
For emergencies inside the Klang Valley our overnight crew is dispatched around the clock — typical arrival is 60 to 110 minutes after the call connects.
Do you supply the parts or do I buy them?
Either way. Our vans carry common parts for an immediate fix; for premium tapware or sanitaryware you choose, we collect and install at a small handling fee or use your own delivery.
How long is the workmanship warranty?
Twelve months on repairs, twenty-four months on installations and thirty-six months on full bathroom remodels. The warranty card is issued in writing the day we finish.

Anywhere within roughly an hour of central KL — see the area list further down the page. Outside that radius we still come, with a small mileage adder.
What payment methods do you accept?
DuitNow QR, FPX online banking, all major credit cards and bank transfer. For larger projects we'll split into staged invoices tied to milestones.
