Everything you wanted to ask before calling
If your question isn't here, the dispatch line is open day and night — and we don't mind explaining anything twice.
Booking & arrival
How do I get a slot today?
Ring the dispatch line before 11am for a same-day window inside the Klang Valley. After 11am we'll usually still squeeze you in, just not at a specific time of day.
Is there a callout fee?
First visit during business hours is free if it's inside the Klang Valley — you only pay once you've approved the written quote. Emergencies between midnight and 6am carry a RM 220 base call that's deducted from any approved repair.
Can I book online?
Yes — fill in the contact form with a couple of photos and a description; we'll reply within the hour during the day with the next available window.
How early can you arrive?
Morning slots start at 8am. If you need someone before that — say, before you leave for work — say so on the call; we can usually accommodate from 7am with a day's notice.
Pricing & payment
How do you price work?
Fixed price per job, not per hour. The quote lists labour, parts and any consumables separately so you can see what's driving the total.
Will the price change once you've started?
Only if a hidden defect is uncovered that wasn't visible at the quote stage — and we'd stop work and re-quote before continuing. We don't surprise people with bigger numbers at the end.
What payment methods do you accept?
DuitNow QR, FPX, all major credit cards and bank transfer. For projects above RM 10,000 we split payment into staged milestones.
Do you issue tax invoices?
Yes — every invoice is GST-compliant and emailed within 24 hours of work completion.
Who turns up & what they cover
Are your plumbers licensed?
Every full-time technician holds an SPAN Plumber's Certificate. Apprentices ride alongside a licensed lead until they qualify — they don't sign off work on their own.
Do you do electrical work too?
We carry an in-house Wireman with a SKM Level 2 for water heater circuits and bathroom electrical second-fix. Major electrical scopes are subcontracted to a partnered licensed contractor.
What's outside your scope?
Gas pipework, septic tank work and external roof tiling. We'll happily recommend trusted partners for those.
Are you insured?
Yes — RM 1 million public liability cover and RM 500,000 workmanship indemnity, certificates available on request.
Warranty & follow-up
How long is the warranty?
12 months on repairs, 24 months on new installations, 36 months on full bathroom remodels. The warranty card is issued in writing on completion.
What does the warranty actually cover?
Workmanship — meaning joints leaking, fittings working loose, waterproofing failing. Manufacturer defects on parts are covered by the part's own warranty, which we register on your behalf.
If I sell the property, does the warranty transfer?
Yes — workmanship warranty runs with the property, not the owner. Just send us the new owner's contact when the sale completes.
What if something goes wrong outside warranty?
We'll come back, take a look and quote you fair — usually at a discounted rate as a returning customer. We don't ghost people the day warranty lapses.
